Next, we recommend skirt steak! Skirt steak is muscle beside diaphragm. It's a popular menu in our restaurant because of its amazing texture. We strongly recommend "Jotenniku" . "Jotenniku" is a part of tongue.

We serve rare parts of beef not on menu depending on the day. Feel free to ask our daily specials. We also recommend soup. We make soup using our meats. This soup taste especially good after drinking alcohol and eating Yakiniku.
